Mum and Dad both thoroughly enjoyed their day with you and I am sure will be experimenting with there new skills. They did bring some of the bread for us to try and we all thought it was delicious.

It was a great, relaxed but incredibly productive day and I learned so much coming as such a novice.  My expectations were far more than met, they were blown away, I came with low expectations of my own capability. Gavin

I really enjoyed my day. The class size was small so we were able to talk to you and ask questions as and when we needed. I enjoyed all the information on different flours and your bits of information throughout the day. You provided a relaxed atmosphere so I felt comfortable asking any questions or for help with the bread making. I liked the variety of breads that we made and the useful notes and recipes sheet, although in using the recipes at home some details such as oven temperature and baking time are missing from some of the recipes.

Thank you so much for today! The cake struggled with the journey so had to smooth it over when I got home and piped a little on top with extra icing! And made some little roses too. (Love the French buttercream – very yummy with the cake if I do say so myself!)
We tried but couldn’t wait…. The macaroons are so so great tonight so even more excited for what they will be like tomorrow! Tori

I thought it was a great course and i felt much more easy in a smaller class and you welcomed me very well and i was also suprised how brilliant everything turned out and im looking forward to do another course as soon as possible. Hugo

I really enjoyed the course and think the length was good. When I was looking at the options when booking the course, I would have chosen a mixture of pastry and sponge baking if that had been available. Jess

We had a fantastic time on Saturday and has certainly given us the confidence to bake continental breads at home. The pace of the course and your descriptions were ideal for us. We would recommend the course to all aspiring continental bakers! Em and Richard


Got home last night after a week of seeing the family and so today was my first chance to thank you for a great day …and… to say I have just had my first home cooked Foccacia. Pretty pleased with the results but now I need to top up the larder with a few more baking ingredients so I can really start to practice practice practice.
